Habe mehrere Libericas ausprobiert. Viele sind eher was für die Filterzubereitung. Der Barako ist mein Top Favorit. Kommt echt gut als Espresso und kann man au h für Filterzubereitung nehmen. Kann ich also wärmstens empfehlen.

The beans that arrived were freshy roasted. The aromatic notes of jackfruit and chocolate are very apparent, and a hint of sweetness comes out when brewed using pour-over filter like a V60. I highly recommend for those who haven't tried Liberica, one of the lesser known coffee beans.
Der Geschmack war frisch und sehr angenehm. Keine übertriebe Säure. Dieser Kaffee hat mich jeden morgen gecacht. Wird auf jedenfall demnächst wieder in mein Sortiment aufgenommen. Die Süße von Honig und die leichte Säure von der Jackfrucht. Einfach perekt für den morgendlichen Espresso
Meine Lieblings-Liberica. Nicht nur, weil sie eine starke Geschichte und ein starkes philippinisches Erbe hat, sondern auch, weil ich diesen süßen, dunkle Schokoladigen Liberica-Kaffee mit sehr leichten Fruchtnoten liebe. Ich wusste nicht, warum sie wie Mango und Ananas schmeckt, aber nachdem ich die Packung und die Beschreibung gelesen habe, macht Jackfruit sehr viel Sinn
Got to try this calamansi flavor for the first time as well as the other flavors adobo, pili nut, green mango and banana and black sesame. They are all so good. Out friends and family gave nothing but positive feedback. Thank you Kape de Filipina for bringing Philippine chocolate and coffee this side of the world.
We drink this as espresso, and it's simply delightful! It has a subtle fruity flavor and a sweet aftertaste that makes each cup smooth and enjoyable.

I used this to make baked goods for Christmas and everyone loved it. Friends, family! I also used some for our traditional new year hot chocolate and it reminded me a lot of my grandma’s hot chocolate tradition in the province. So happy I found tablea in Germany!
