Benguet
Grown by the Ibaloi and Kankanaey peoples in the mist-shrouded pine forests of the Cordillera Mountains, this Arabica thrives in cool, high-altitude air. The beans mature slowly to develop a classic profile of dark chocolate and almond with a crisp lemon citrus finish.
Cavite
As the ancestral home of the "Barako" giant, Cavite produces a rare Liberica grown on towering trees in volcanic lowland soils. This bold, unconventional cup is famous for its heavy, syrupy body and unique aromatic notes of ripe jackfruit and cacao.
Bukidnon (Sil-Ipon)
Cultivated on the fertile volcanic plateaus of Mount Kitanglad, this coffee is known as "Bukidnon Sweet" due to its high sugar concentration. The meticulous post-harvest care by the Talaandig and Higaonon communities results in a smooth cup featuring notes of brown sugar and ripe stone fruit.
Mt. Matutum
Nurtured by the B’laan indigenous community on the slopes of a dormant volcano, this Arabica Catimor benefits from nutrient-rich volcanic soil and frequent rainfall. It offers a bold, deep flavor profile characterized by cacao nibs and dark chocolate with a sweet, nutty finish.
Mt. Apo (BACOFA)
Sourced from the highest peak in the Philippines, these award-winning beans are produced by the BACOFA cooperative through precise honey and natural processing. The volcanic terroir of Sitio Balutakay imparts a vibrant complexity, featuring bright notes of tropical fruits, fig, and a caramel sweetness.

It's very pleasant to be able to try a mix with small quantities (each makes ~ 10 espressi !) before ordering a bigger pack
