Kape de Filipina started with a simple belief: Philippine coffee deserves a place at the specialty table. Our beans come from the highlands of Mindanao, the slopes of Mount Apo, and the farms of Cavite. We roast them in small batches in Berlin, and we sell them to people who want to know where their coffee comes from and why it tastes the way it does.
