Shipping policy
Delivery within Germany
The cost of shipping is 4,90 € per order. From an order value of 50,00 €, we deliver free of charge.
You should receive your order 3-6 working days after you place your order. Orders are usually sent to our courier on Mondays and Thursdays. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
After shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link that you can use to track your delivery via DHL. If you still have not received your package after 10 working days, please contact us by email at hello@kapedefilipina.eu.
Click & Collect in Berlin
If you live in Berlin or happen to be in the city, you can pick up your order directly from us. We love meeting our customers and that will save you shipping costs too!

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us. All orders must be collected within 5 working days and you have 10 working days to raise concerns on your order. Beyond this timeframe, concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deliveries outside Germany
For all deliveries outside Germany, the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may result from your purchase.
For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands:
Shipping fee: 12,90€ for an order value below 95,00 €
For orders worth 95,00 € and above, shipping is free!
For deliveries to Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden:
Shipping fee: 14,90 € for an order value below 110,00 €
For orders worth 110,00 € and above, shipping is free!
For deliveries to Switzerland:
Shipping fee: 15 CHF for an order value below 100,00 CHF
For orders above 100,00 €, shipping is free! Please note that duties and taxes are shouldered by the customer. Kape de Filipina does not do DDP (delivery duty paid) deliveries.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom:
Shipping fee: 13 GBP for an order value below 110 GBP
For orders above 110 GBP, shipping is free! Please note that duties and taxes are shouldered by the customer. Kape de Filipina does not do DDP (delivery duty paid) deliveries.
