Shipping policy

 

Delivery within Germany
The cost of shipping is 4,90 € per order. From an order value of 50,00 €, we deliver free of charge. 

You should receive your order 3-6 working days after you place your order. Orders are usually sent to our courier on Mondays and Thursdays. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

After shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link that you can use to track your delivery via DHL. If you still have not received your package after 10 working days, please contact us by email at hello@kapedefilipina.eu.

Click & Collect in Berlin
If you live in Berlin or happen to be in the city, you can pick up your order directly from us. We love meeting our customers and that will save you shipping costs too! 
You can select the Click & Collect option at check-out and pick up the order at our headquarters:

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us. All orders must be collected within 5 working days and you have 10 working days to raise concerns on your order. Beyond this timeframe, concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deliveries outside Germany
For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands:
Shipping fee: 10,00€ for an order value below 90,00 €

For orders worth 90,00 € and above, shipping is free!  

For deliveries to Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden:
Shipping fee: 12,00 € for an order value below 100,00 €
For orders worth 100,00 € and above, shipping is free!

For deliveries to Switzerland:
Shipping fee: 12,00 CHF for an order value below 90,00 CHF
For orders above 90,00 €, shipping is free! Please note that duties and taxes are shouldered by the customer. Kape de Filipina does not do DDP (delivery duty paid) deliveries.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom:
Shipping fee: 12 GBP for an order value below 100 GBP
For orders above 100 GBP, shipping is free! Please note that duties and taxes are shouldered by the customer. Kape de Filipina does not do DDP (delivery duty paid) deliveries.
